Moneybird's reports show one administration at a time. If you run a holding with a few companies, or look after the books of several clients, you end up copying figures into a spreadsheet every month. This kit does that for you, every morning.
One view of all your companies - Consolidated P&L per month with gross, operating and net profit. - Intercompany left out: mark the ledger accounts and they drop out of the totals. - Your own categories for every ledger account, so different charts of accounts line up.
Key figures at a glance - KPI cards: revenue this month and this year, margins, bank balance, cash runway in months, days sales outstanding, VAT to pay this quarter and overdue invoices. - VAT position preview for the current quarter, per return box. - Top customers with their share of revenue, and revenue per project. - Open invoices with days overdue and a direct link to each invoice in Moneybird. - Monthly PDF of the KPI cards, dashboard and P&L in your own inbox on the 2nd of every month.
Plan and compare - Budget wizard: next year's budget from last year's actuals plus your growth percentage, in one step. - Budget vs actual per category to the last full month, with a full-year outlook. - Year on year for the same months. - Forecast up to 12 months ahead from your active recurring invoices and recent costs, with a bank balance outlook.
Money coming in - Debtor ageing per administration: under 30, 30 to 60 and over 60 days, with the 10 largest debtors by name. - Cash per month: opening and closing balance, cash in and out, working capital.
Team edition (€29) for accountants, bookkeepers and groups: any number of administrations, group subtotals (a holding and its companies, or client groups) and a PDF of the dashboard and P&L per group saved to Google Drive.
Safe access. Connect with your own Moneybird app (OAuth, as Moneybird recommends) or with a read-only personal token. Tokens stay in the script's private storage. Your figures go from Moneybird straight to your own sheet and never pass through our servers.
Honest limits. Tested against Moneybird's published API description and a Moneybird test administration. Compare your first P&L with Moneybird's own report. Only the owner of an administration can grant access, so accountants need each owner to approve once. Moneybird allows 150 requests per 5 minutes, so large groups take a few minutes. No charts and no revenue per product (Moneybird's reports do not provide it). One currency.
