Forms Payments Kit
Ask for payment in Google Forms with iDEAL, Wero and cards through your own Mollie account. A payment link per response, status back in the sheet, numbered receipts with PDF and one reminder. One payment, no subscription, no commission.

Buy on Gumroad €15, one payment. No subscription.
Ask for payment in Google Forms with iDEAL, Wero, cards and the other methods active in your own Mollie account. Every form response gets its own payment link, the status comes back into the response sheet by itself, and the payer gets a numbered receipt with a PDF from your own Gmail. Price: €15, one payment, no subscription and no commission on top of Mollie's own rates.
What you get
- A payment link per response, with the amount fixed, taken from an answer, or looked up in a price list with quantity.
- Discount codes, an optional service fee, and a lowest and highest amount.
- Status updates through Mollie's webhook, with a check every 15 minutes as a backup, so a missed webhook never leaves a row on "open".
- A new payment when the first one failed or expired; the same link keeps working.
- A receipt with a number (R-2026-0001 and up) and a PDF, sent from your own Gmail, plus one reminder for unpaid responses.
- A Payments dashboard with paid and open totals, a log, and a CSV export.
- Connect with Mollie through the official Mollie Connect login, or paste an API key if you prefer.
How it works
The script runs in the Google account that owns the form. It creates payments in your Mollie account, so the money goes straight to you. Mollie hosts the checkout page; card and bank details never touch the sheet.
Privacy
Only the answers you choose are used. Payment data stays in your sheet and your Mollie dashboard. The kit sends nothing to us.
Limits
- You need your own Mollie account with at least one payment method switched on, and the script must be deployed as a web app for the webhook (the setup guide shows how; the 15 minute check works without it).
- Mollie payment links need to be enabled for your profile. If they are not, the kit falls back to its own checkout link, which creates a payment when the payer clicks it.
- Wero depends on Mollie making it available for your account.
- Google Apps Script quotas apply: about 100 receipts a day on a free Google account, 1,500 on Workspace.
- Refunds and chargebacks are handled in Mollie; the sheet shows the new status after the next check.
Test status
Tested with a Mollie test-mode profile: payments, the 15-minute status check, receipts and the fallback checkout link. Not yet tested by us in a live Mollie account: the webhook through a deployed web app, and Mollie payment links (they were not enabled on our test profile, so the fallback checkout link was used).
