Deadline Planner Kit

Enter each client once and get every filing deadline for the year: VAT, ICP, income tax, corporate tax, annual accounts and payroll, including the Becon extension scheme and broken financial years. Track status, see what is late or at risk, and prepare Gmail drafts that ask clients for their documents. It never sends email itself. One payment, no per-user fee.

Deadline Planner Kit cover

Buy on Gumroad €15, one payment. No subscription.

A free fiscal calendar lists the dates for everyone. Your office needs them per client: quarterly VAT for one, monthly with ICP for another, a broken financial year here, the Becon extension there. This kit builds that list from each client's own settings and keeps it up to date.

Every deadline per client - VAT per month, quarter or year, and ICP per month or quarter. - Income tax on 1 May, 1 September with an individual extension, or a year later under the Becon scheme. - Corporate tax, also for broken financial years, with or without the Becon extension. - Annual accounts: preparing within 5 months, filing with KvK within 12 months or 8 days after adoption. - Payroll returns per month or per 4-week period, checked against the Belastingdienst 2026 table.

Keep the work moving - Status per deadline that survives every update, and flags for Overdue, At risk, Due soon and Done. - A working-day deadline next to the official date, with weekends and the holidays of the Algemene termijnenwet. - Client overview: per client what is open, overdue or waiting, the next deadline and the last filing. - Workload per staff member per month and per ISO week. - Audit log of every change to status and dates, with who made it. - Document requests as Gmail drafts: one per client, listing what you need and by when, in Dutch or English. You check and send them yourself. Nothing goes out automatically. - Reminders as Gmail drafts when documents have not arrived: a first one after a week, a firmer second one a week later. - Status updates as Gmail drafts per client, like a client portal page in an email. - Calendar export (.ics) with a reminder a week before, or a live sync to your own Google Calendar that moves and removes events for you. - Becon list import: paste the client names and the extension scheme is set for each of them. - Date overrides when the tax office moves a date, and a January rollover that archives finished work and keeps unfinished work visible.

Your data stays with you. Client details live in your own Google Sheet and Gmail and never pass through our servers.

Honest limits. A planning aid, not tax advice: dates follow the published 2026 Belastingdienst and KvK rules, so check them against the official sources. No time registration, task checklists, online client portal or mobile app. Becon intermediate percentages are not tracked. No separate user roles beyond Google Sheets sharing.
