See what you really keep per product on bol.com. The kit reads your orders, offers, FBB stock, returns and invoice cost lines through the official Retailer API with your own credentials, and works out profit per EAN, a monthly P&L, VAT per country, dead stock and low-stock warnings in your own Google Sheet. Revenue on bol.com says little. What you keep depends on commission, shipping labels, FBB fees, advertising, returns and your own purchase price, and those numbers live in different places. This kit puts them side by side in one Google Sheet.
Real figures, not estimates - Commission comes from the invoice specifications bol sends you: the amounts that were actually charged. Orders that are not invoiced yet use the commission on the order until the invoice arrives. - Shipping labels, FBB fulfilment, advertising, corrections and compensation come from the same invoices. - Your purchase, shipping and packaging costs per EAN: type them in or import a CSV.
What you see - Profit per EAN: revenue excl. VAT, refunds, commission, bol costs, your costs, profit, margin, profit per unit, return rate, a break-even price and a suggested minimum price for your target margin. - Monthly P&L with every cost type in its own column. - Low stock: days of stock left per EAN, for your own stock and FBB stock. - Dead stock: products that have not sold in 60 days, with the money tied up in them. - Cost price history: older orders keep the purchase price that was valid on their order date. - Cost of returns per EAN: refunds, your own handling cost per return and bol return costs. - VAT per country: Belgian orders at the Belgian rate under OSS, and a VAT overview per quarter for your Dutch and OSS returns. - Per store: profit per month for each connected bol account. - Export for your accountant: three CSV files per month, in Dutch number format. - Weekly summary to your own inbox every Monday. - Flags for loss-making EANs, high return rates and low margins, plus an optional daily alert email to yourself. - Tabs with offers, FBB stock, orders, returns, invoices and invoice lines for your own pivots. - - Commission check: every day the kit asks bol what each offer pays in commission and whether a reduced commission applies below a maximum price. It shows the saving per unit and your profit per unit at both prices, and keeps a history of every change. - Several bol accounts and any number of products in one sheet. Dutch or English labels. Hourly and daily automatic syncs that continue by themselves after Google's time limit.
Team version (€25): bol Ads add-on included - Break-even ACoS and ROAS per product from your real margin, and profit after ads per keyword, product and search term. - Bid suggestions capped at 30% per change, a Wasted spend tab, search terms worth adding as keywords, and a bid CSV. - Ad cost per EAN flows back into Profit per EAN as Profit after ads. Read-only: it never changes your campaigns. - No limit on campaigns, accounts or products. Needs separate bol Advertising API credentials.
Privacy built in. Customer names, addresses, phone numbers and comments are never stored. Your API credentials stay in the script's private storage in your own Google account. Nothing passes through our servers.
Honest limits. Not yet tested with a live bol seller account. The kit is built and tested against bol's published API documentation and examples, so compare your first sync with one invoice. bol keeps about 3 months of order history. Shipping labels that cannot be tied to one order are spread over that month's self-shipped units. VAT per country covers NL and BE and does not file anything. No VAT invoices for customers, no repricing, no competitor prices, no keyword research or automatic campaign changes. Ads data covers the last 30 days of Sponsored Products. Hourly sync, not real time. It does not replace your bookkeeping.
